At the Vulva Van, every appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. When you book, time is held exclusively. We kindly ask for advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for honoring this shared respect — it allows us to show up fully for every client.
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service total.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service minimum.
We allow for a 10 minute grace period.
If late, your service may be shortened to respect the next client.
Full service fee still applies.
